Sakshi Verma, an alumnus of Kamala Nehru College and Delhi School of Economics holds a bright academic record. She has been the topper of B.com (H) of her college (2009) and among top ten scorers of M.com Batch (2011). She has completed her M.Phil in 2014 with a score of 82% from Department of Commerce, DSE, University of Delhi. She is pursuing Phd from Department of Commerce, DSE. She has cleared UGC NET exam and also has been awarded JRF.
She has pursued PGD-HRM from Amity University and online Cyber Law course from Indian Law Institute. She is pursuing PhD from Dept of Commerce, DSE in the area of marketing.
She is the co-author of a paper titled “Ethical Governance: A Study of Delhi University and its Colleges”, which received the best paper award at the Sydney International Business Research Conference in 2015 and was also published in the Australian Journal of Law, Ethics and Governance in the October 2015 issue. She has also won the best paper award at Fore School of Management in 2013 and at IMS Ghaziabad in 2017. She has presented several research papers in National and International conferences. She has around a dozen publications in journals of national and international repute. She has also written 5 e-lessons in the field of Compensation Acts, Marketing and Training & Development.
Has been visiting faculty for MBE students, South Campus, DU. She has also taught Sol, NCWEB students.
She actively participates in college activities and has been part of the Cultural Committee, Internal Assessment Committee, and Table Committee. She has been the Convenor of the Consumer Club- SATARK(2016-2020), member of IQAC(2019-20) and sports committee(2018-20), cultural committee (2016-17) and managed the website of the college (2013-2020).
